• A $11.11 non refundable charge will have to be paid before we start discussing the details of your custom piece. This fee does not go toward the final price of the piece. This is a courtesy charge to cover the time when working with you.

• Details will be discussed via email (or social media) to ensure that you will receive the unique magic creation you desire. Once the design and price is agreed upon and the payment has been made, I start working on your personal piece/s. The typical range of my pieces can be between $20 -$150 USD.

• Kindly allow 1-2 weeks for any custom pieces to be created. I will send you photos of the finished work to make sure that you love your personal crystal creation before shipping it out.
