SHIPPING:

Please note: All orders are currently packaged and sent FROM GERMANY.

Ready to ship orders will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
I am a one person shop and I do my best to get everything out in a timely fashion.  

The time I need to create a custom piece varies on the quantity of demands. All custom orders are being prepared in the order they’re received. Once we’ve discussed your inquiry, I will provide you with an estimated time to complete.

    • XS package with Tracking number: EUR 12,89 / ca. USD 16 (includes insurance for up to EUR 50 / USD 60)

  • Shipping Options for GERMANY:

    • PRIO mit Sendungsverfolgung: EUR 3,70

  • Shipping Options for AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, FINLAND, FRANCE, GREECE, IRELAND, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL, SPAIN, SWEDEN:

    • XS package with tracking number EUR 7,39 (including insurance for up to EUR 50)


All orders will be shipped via Deutsche Post / DHL Service.

During checkout you can choose if you prefer standard shipping or shipping including tracking number.

Please allow 1-8 weeks for international delivery (United States Postal Services are currently still experiencing delays, please note that this option can take 4 to 8 weeks until delivery).

Depending on the efficiency of your local postal service international shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

I am not responsible for long shipping times and do not provide refunds while the package is in transit.

The package will be shipped to the address provided as “shipping address” at checkout. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION IS ENTERED CORRECTLY to ensure accurate delivery of the pieces. If you realize you made an error in your address, please contact me as quickly as possible. 

All items purchased will be carefully wrapped, and ready for gift giving. 

All padding & stuffing materials are reused from orders I received.


RETURNS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! SoulMaid Jewelry does not offer returns for ANY reason, including buyers remorse.  Please make sure you are absolutely in love with the item/s before purchasing. Thank you for understanding.

⫸ If I choose to accept a return, you are responsible for return shipping cost. Your refund will be your purchased amount, minus shipping fees, minus 5% processing & restocking fee & any other fees/ taxes that generate.  And only when the item is returned to me in the condition it was originally sent.

Every item includes a detailed description and several photos. Before purchasing a non adjustable ring or necklace, please know your size. There will be no exchanges for a different size. I take time to be as descriptive as possible for easy and knowledgeable purchasing.

If for any reason you are unhappy please contact me immediately and I will try to work with you to rectify the issue. It is my goal to only produce high quality jewelry for you, so I will do all I can to make you happy. 

Damaged Item:
Items that may arrive damaged, you will need to file a refund claim for with the appropriate postal service for. Once an item leaves my hands, it’s no longer my responsibility.

Lost package:
If you haven’t received a package but it’s marked as delivered, it’s best to contact your local post office to let them know that the package wasn’t delivered. If after double checking you still are unsure of its whereabouts, I suggest to file a claim.

Unfortunately once the package leaves me, it is no longer in my control and I am not responsible for refunding or replacing lost or stolen items. However, I’m happy to do everything in my power to help you track it down.

Returned to Sender:
If the item comes back to me because the wrong address was provided, I am not responsible for paying the shipping costs to re-send the package. The buyer is responsible at checkout to make sure that the address is correct.


Customs & Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I am not responsible for any other unforeseen monetary costs that may incur during shipping.
You can check with your local customs and post office prior to ordering to make sure there are no other duties, taxes or other implications that may arise during transit. The buyer is responsible for all fees associated with any receiving orders. Please check with your local customs and postal service to see which duties, taxes, tariffs apply to you.
